Welcome to Van Marciano Pro! The following terms of service outline the general rules and limitations for using our membership site.

By accessing this website and becoming a paying member, you agree to abide by the following terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, we ask that you stop using the website or abstain from signing up to become a member.

Van Marciano Pro offers premium content (courses, tutorials, downloadable media kits, and template sets accessible for Bricks and Oxygen Builder). Due to the nature of the digital products and downloads, refunds are issued under our limitations terms. Please see below –

If you have since changed your mind about agreeing to our terms, or have any issues regarding the content of our website after signing up for our membership, email us at help[at]vanmarciano.pro to inform us that you wish to close your account. Membership fees are non-refundable if you cancel your membership outside the 14-day cooling-off period.

Membership:

1. To become a member of Van Marciano Pro, you must complete the registration and payment process by providing accurate and complete information.
2. Your membership is personal and non-transferable. Your account is for your use only, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. You must be at least 18 or have parental consent to become a member of Van Marciano Pro.

Content:

1. Van Marciano Pro provides access to various types of content, including articles, videos, podcasts, forums, downloadable digital content, and other resources.
2. All content provided on the site is for informational and educational purposes only.
3. You may not copy, duplicate, distribute, modify, transmit, broadcast (including streaming), or exploit any content from Van Marciano Pro in print or electronic form, without prior written permission from Fabrizio Van Marciano.

Payments and Billing:

1. Membership fees are outlined on this page. By becoming a member, you agree to pay the specified fees for the duration of your membership.
2. For information about our 14-day refund policy and refund limitations, click here.
3. Limited Time Access Passes from the legacy FVM website are non-transferable or refundable if you received a Special Invitation Coupon to join Van Marciano Pro for free.
4. Van Marciano Pro reserves the right to change membership fees at any time. Changes will be communicated in advance.

Termination:

1. Van Marciano Pro reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time if you are found violating the terms set out on this page.
2. You will lose access to the membership site and any associated content or services upon membership termination. If your membership was recently terminated due to a possible term violation, you may appeal by sending us a detailed email at help[at]vanmarciano.pro

Limitation of Liability:

1. Van Marciano Pro Membership is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, services, or resources provided on this site.
2. In no event shall Van Marciano Pro be liable for any damages arising out of your use or inability to use the site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Signing up to my email newsletter

I offer incentives for signing up to my email newsletter, including access to free tutorials and a 1-hour web design blueprint video course.

Please use your best email when signing up. In 2024, Gmail and Yahoo made changes to their policy which affects the way emails are used to send and receive communication in bulk, including marketing emails.

I have put in place all the necessary technologies and followed the guidelines required to ensure authentication of emails from my domain, to comply with the new rules. If you do not receive a ‘confirm your email address’ email in your inbox after signing up, there is little that I can do from my end. I apologise if this causes any inconvenience.
