Refund Policy

At Van Marciano Pro, we want you to love being part of our learning community.

If you’re not happy with your membership, no worries — you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Just drop us an email at help@vanmarciano.pro and we’ll get it sorted within a few business days.

How our refunds work

To be eligible for a refund, we’ll need to see a little proof that you gave things a try — for example, screenshots of completed course topics, a project where you used the tutorials, or a quick progress report. You can submit one with your refund request in the member dashboard.

Important: Refunds aren’t available if you’ve already accessed more than 6 course topics/videos.

For 1-Year and LTD plans (excluding payment plans on LTD) we offer 90% refund subject to the following terms:

  1. You must notify us within 14 days of signing up.
  2. You must not have consumed more than six course topics/videos during the 14-day cooling-off period.
  3. Refund requests for membership renewals are not accepted (Lite monthly plan and yearly). Please review the Membership Renewals Policy section below.

If you are paying for the Ultimate LTD plan via our monthly installment service, no refunds will be issued after the initial 14 days, or if you choose to cancel your installments and membership before the payment plan is completed.

No refunds are offered on Lite Monthly plan at this time.

Membership Renewals

For Lite monthly, Pro 1-year access, and Pro yearly memberships, you can cancel anytime from your member dashboard. Just make sure you cancel at least 14 days before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the month. We do not refund renewals under any circumstances.

Refund Processing

General refunds are usually handled within 5–10 business days after approval. For full details, check out our refund policy page:

Once your refund has been completed, you will receive an email confirmation and your access to the membership site, along with any related content or services, will be revoked. However, any templates or components set JSON files you previously accessed from the library will remain yours to keep. All personal data will be removed from the site.
