Yes. You can do this by logging into your customer account dashboard and going to memberships. There you can cancel your membership using the link provided. If the link is not visible, please contact us.

Please note: Once cancelled, you will no longer be able to access the premium content (courses and tutorials). You will however, still have access to the free tutorials, any templates which you have downloaded and used, and clique community (free courses).

If you’re not happy with your membership, no worries — you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Just drop us an email at help@vanmarciano.pro and we’ll get it sorted within a few business days.

How our refunds work

To be eligible for a refund, we’ll need to see a little proof that you gave things a try — for example, screenshots of completed course topics, a project where you used the tutorials, or a quick progress report. You can submit one with your refund request in the member dashboard.

Important: Refunds aren’t available if you’ve already accessed more than 6 course topics/videos.

For 1-Year and LTD plans (excluding payment plans on LTD) we offer 90% refund subject to the following terms:

1. You must notify us within 14 days of signing up.
2. You must not have consumed more than six course topics/videos during the 14-day cooling-off period.
3. Refund requests for membership renewals are not accepted (Lite monthly plan and yearly). Please review the Membership Renewals Policy section below.
4. If you are paying for the Ultimate LTD plan via our monthly installment service, no refunds will be issued after the initial 14 days, or if you choose to cancel your installments and membership before the payment plan is completed.
5. No refunds are offered on Lite Monthly plan at this time.

Membership Renewals

For Lite monthly, Pro 1-year access, and Pro yearly memberships, you can cancel anytime from your member dashboard. Just make sure you cancel at least 14 days before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the month. We do not refund renewals under any circumstances.

We’ll be retiring the monthly plan and rolling out three options: a Quarterly and Yearly plan and our popular Lifetime (LTD) plan.

Important

We recently increased our LTD membership monthly payment plan price €499 (You can still purchase at the discounted price of €389 one-time fee). We have also increased the One-year membership plan to €189.

If you only need access to the training material short-term, the quarterly plan may be the best fit for you.

We strive to keep our membership pricing affordable. Creating in-depth tutorials, editing videos, maintaining the platform, and continually investing in new tools and features all require time and resources.

Because of this, we’re not able to offer discounts casually or frequently.

We do occasionally have promotional periods with varied discounts. We usually announce these a few days before or on the day of the promotion. Yes, the discounts are applied for the duration of the membership.
